I think I astral traveled last night. I fell asleep early and then had to get up to get my son from work, I got home and was wide awake so I turned on 852 htz frequencies and starting 3,6,9 breathing in for 3, hold for six exhale for 9. I envisioned the light around me and the cord. I saw myself leave my body from my childhood bedroom and I flew out of my North facing window. I was pulled back but stopped over thinking then walked down my childhood home upstairs hallway and flew out of the east facing window. I was flying and then a large muscular male action figure like think flew behind me. I wasn’t scared, but I knew he was trying to bring me back and I didn’t want to go back so I was trying to fly faster but he caught my ankle and I was pulled back again and I couldn’t do it a third time.
Your dream, or what you perceive as an astral travel experience, appears to be a deep exploration of your subconscious mind, perhaps signifying a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, or a need to address unresolved issues from your past.
Childhood Bedroom and Home: The setting of your childhood home might suggest that there are unresolved issues or nostalgia connected to your formative years. You might be revisiting core memories or feelings that originated during your early life. Dreams of childhood homes often symbolize returning to your roots or dealing with foundational aspects of your identity.
Flying: The act of flying in dreams generally symbolizes freedom, independence, and the ability to transcend life’s challenges. It suggests a sense of liberation or a desire to break free from current constraints.
Windows: Flying out of windows, specifically the north and east facing ones, can signify new perspectives or directions in your life. North is often associated with guidance and truth, while east can symbolize new beginnings or enlightenment.
852 Hz Frequencies and Breathing: The use of frequencies and controlled breathing indicates that you're consciously working on raising your spiritual or emotional vibration, promoting healing, and accessing deeper states of consciousness. This can also mean that you’re attempting to calm your mind or seek inner peace.
Bright Light and Cord: The visualization of light and a cord ties into common themes in astral travel, where a silver cord is often said to connect the astral body to the physical one. This could signify your awareness of the connection between your physical existence and your spiritual experiences. Light may symbolize enlightenment, protection, and divine connection.
Muscular Male Figure: This figure could represent a part of your psyche that embodies strength or control, potentially trying to ground you or remind you of your commitments and responsibilities in the physical world. Alternatively, it might be interpreted as an external force or fear that you perceive is holding you back in waking life.
Striving for Freedom and Growth: Your experience suggests a desire for spiritual expansion and the pursuit of freedom beyond the current state of your life. It's a sign that you are attempting to ascend to a new level of awareness or personal growth.
Facing Internal Conflict: The interaction with the muscular figure and being pulled back could represent an inner conflict or resistance you are experiencing. Perhaps there is something—or someone—in your waking life you feel is holding you back from achieving your full potential or moving forward.
Return to Self: The inability to continue the journey, returning to the body, could symbolize that you need to work through certain groundwork or resolve issues close to your origins (your childhood) before you can fully proceed on your spiritual or personal journey.
Reflect on Past Influences: Consider any unresolved emotions or memories from your childhood that might need addressing. Healing your past can be an essential step toward spiritual and personal growth.
Embrace Present Responsibilities: While exploring spiritual realms can be exhilarating, grounding yourself in present-day responsibilities and relationships is equally important.
Balance Exploration with Rest: It's important to balance your pursuits with restorative practices that help maintain your mental and emotional well-being.
Overall, it's an intriguing and potentially meaningful dream that seems to be nudging you to embrace the journey you're on while holding onto your foundations.
